COCC Syllabus

Acrovision is now offering youth and adult classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  For girls, boys, men and women, our family atmosphere allows for individuals of all abilities and interests to pursue their training in this growing martial art.  With a proven curriculum, the confidence and amazing self defense skills learned in our classroom are priceless for any family to develop.
